Gift card at Dundrum Town Centre

You can now purchase a gift card at the Customer Service Desk on Level 2 or at our new gift card kiosk on Level 1 (beside Clarks Shoes), where you can also check your gift card balance.

Dundrum is pleased to extend the expiry date of all customer gift cards that were issued before or during the pandemic, this does not happen automatically, only by contacting the Customer Service Desk on 01-2991740 or by emailing info@dundrum.ie.

When a gift card still carries a balance after one year, a monthly service fee of €3 is automatically deducted from the remaining balance, however, consumers can be reassured that our customer service team are reimbursing people who have been affected by the partial closure and their gift card balance will be restored accordingly to the Covid-19 closures.

If you have any issues with your gift card please contact Dundrum Customer Service by emailing info@dundrum.ie or visit the Customer Service Desk located on Level 2 in the centre.
