Pascal, that’s me! Born in France, and raised in Southampton, England, I am a 38 year old, 26 year old wannabe! I moved to Galway in 2005 with a dream to open my own coffee shop.
After a tough some years in Moycullen as part of a huge franchise, Pascal Coffee House was born in April 2011 in Edward Square, Galway. Fast forward a couple of years and, well, let’s just say the future’s bright, with the opening of my second shop in Lower Abbeygate Street in September 2015.
