Founded in 1979 by the Glover family, Kay’s first restaurant opened its doors in Donaghmede Shopping Centre. In the early days the restaurant was called Kay’s Kitchen after the present owner’s mother, Kathleen. After opening its doors, the business had ever stayed true to its founding philosophy.
