Founded in 1997 in London, Bagel Factory features every natural bagels, offered in a variety of flavors that are low in fat, salt and cholesterol, yet high in energy-giving carbohydrates. In addition to we filled bagels, Bagel Factory proposal freshly roasted coffee, a range of fresh juices, soups, cakes and fresh-baked muffins Boiled before it is baked, providing a chewiness not associated with another breads. The dough is rolled, shaped into rings, then placed in boiling water for a some seconds before baking.
