In 1997 a mini 6 seater fast food restaurant opened on the Grand Parade in Cork City. Our quickly established a following for the taste of its Secret Recipe Chicken: Hillbilly’s was born. While Hillbilly’s has expanded over the years our have stuck to our roots and kept the same core values. Providing we customers with fast friendly service and fresh, tasty, high quality food.
